"We were in town for some celebrations. Saw this location, and thought, why not? They were able to seat us outside when we requested. The server was very quick and attentive. She was very knowledgeable on the food and drink selections. She was able to recommend some drinks that were very tasty. The interior of the restaurant was fairly clean. The bathroom was a bit dirty, however. That is the reason for the rating. Overall, we enjoyed this meal."

"I finally sat down for a meal at the Hard Rock Cafe in Bayside, and it did not disappoint! I had the Baby Back Ribs, and they were fantastic—tender, smoky, and smothered in a great BBQ sauce that had just the right amount of tang. I paired it with one of their signature tropical drinks while sitting out on the waterfront patio, which offered a great breeze and a perfect view of the marina. Between the classic rock music, the amazing memorabilia on the walls, and the high-energy service, it was a highlight of my trip. It's much more than just a meal; it's a full experience that really captures the fun of Miami!"

"It’s a globally well-known place, so I decided to visit the Miami location as well. The location is great — it’s right next to the Ferris wheel, close to the beach, and offers a fantastic view of the Miami skyline. I was a bit worried after reading reviews saying the service wasn’t great, and unfortunately, those reviews were accurate. When the staff actually come by, they’re friendly, but they come by far too infrequently. If you want to place another order or ask for something, you usually have to wait at least five minutes for a staff member to pass by. Despite the disappointing service, the food itself is quite good. The steak was tasty, and the ribeye had a generous portion with plenty of lean meat. There’s no doubt that the atmosphere is great and the food is solid. It would be an even better place if the service improved."

"I visited this establishment for brunch while visiting Miami. I ordered the avocado flat bread and my husband ordered the red hot chicken and waffles. His food was immaculate! My flatbread was just ok for me but that is only because I like my flatbread on the softer side and theirs is extra crispy, so that came down to a personal preference. I also ordered bottomless mimosas for $28 which was great because one was $14. The caveat is that they are bottomless for 90min. In a place like that with the crowd you're going to see your waiter/waitress every 20m at best. My waitress was Maria, and she was very accommodating, informative, and helpful. She helped us with the app as well. After the mimosas I ordered a Tiki Royale with her help that was very good and a really pretty purple and yellow. Additionally, we sat outside upper deck and had a fantastic view to people watch and also watch the boats coming in and out. I probably would not come for brunch, but I'd definitely come back."
